What's this movie called?

Last I watched it was about 3-4 years ago and I can't remember the
title. It was about 2 brothers and one of them had to use a wheelchair
later on in the movie, I can't remember why. But then he got his
brother to look and act exactly like him so that he could go into the
place his brother worked at?
I remember the twin brother had a heart problem so he couldn't run as
long on the treadmill. And they'd also have blood checks.. and the
brother in the wheelchair at home would keep packets of either his
blood? or urine? in a fridge like thing..
And.. I remember the brother in the wheelchair had to go upstairs
quickly and he had a hard time doing so, so he had to use his arms to
drag himself up and quickly sit on the chair.
Then I remember at the ending, 1 of the brothers killed himself by a
spaceship launching?

Ugh, that's the most I remember, so hopefully it's enough to remind
you of it.
